Visit Nine Arches Bridge after hiking Little Adams Peak in the morning

How do I reach Nine Arches Bridge in Ella?

Option 1 : from Ella town via B113 to Nine Arches Bridge 

Difficulty : Easy

Turn into B113, which is the road at the T Junction at the center of Ella town. Straight  past Little Adams Peak Parking lot, go on for 2.4Km.

Option 2 : Climb Little Adam’s Peak and then head to Nine Arches Bridge trough 98 acres (Blue Route)

Difficulty : Easy

We chose to head to Nine Arches Bridge after hiking Little Adam’s Peak to watch the sunrise. So we begin atop Little Adams Peak. Head back down till the Zip Line Station. From there you can choose back down towards the smaller gate you came up though. Turn right and hike up towards the 98 Acres resort, or you can you go past the closed gate near the Zip Line Station past the Helipad and keep on walking till you reach another gate further up and closer to 98 Acres.

From there you walk up to the main receiving area where if you can go up past the cashier to the restaurant to have breakfast (buffet style) or stick left tot he cashiers hut and trod down the pathway leading to the main road past the large generators. Once at the road turn left and walk along the main road or grab a tuktuk.

Option 3: Climb Little Adam’s Peak and then head to Nine Arches Bridge trough 98 acres (Black Route)

Difficulty : Easy  to Moderate (Have to hike down a bit at the end but the path is clear)

So we begin again atop Little Adams Peak. Head back down till the Zip Line Station. From there you can choose back down towards the smaller gate you came up though  and turn right and hike up towards the 98 Acres resort, or you can you go past the closed gate near the Zip Line Station past the Helipad and keep on walking till you reach another gate further up and closer to 98 Acres. From here you have to turn right and head toward the bend in the road where some shops are. Adjacent to the shops there is a road heading down to the Nine Arches Bridge view point. Just before the view point there is small foot path heading down in between the house. You simply have to continue down and you will end up along the tracks , just several metres right of the bridge. Quickly walk along the track and your there.

Option 4: Climb Little Adam’s Peak and then head to Nine Arches Bridge trough 98 acres (Red Route)

Difficulty : Moderate to Hard (Goes through several properties and hiking through them, asking for the correct way)

So we begin again atop Little Adams Peak. Head back down till the Zip Line Station. From there you can choose back down towards the smaller gate you came up though  and turn right and hike up towards the 98 Acres resort, or you can you go past the closed gate near the Zip Line Station past the Helipad and keep on walking till you reach another gate further up and closer to 98 Acres.

Cross the road and immediately turn left according to the red pathway marked on the map. You will have to ask for directions as you head through some forested areas and homes.Locals will point you in the correct direction. You will end up at a small shop towards the left and above the bridge. Just trek down from there to arrive at the bridge.
